These terms describe QR Code Scanner & Creator, maintained by Matěj Teplý and published as Majkey. Contact majkeylab@gmail.com for support. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Using the app

The app scans and creates QR codes on Android 10 and newer. Use only content you are allowed to process. Check the content and destination before opening a link, importing a contact, connecting to Wi-Fi or sharing a code. Recognizing a QR code does not prove its destination is safe.

Generated QR readability depends on content, size, contrast, logos and the receiving scanner. Test important codes before printing or distributing them. Third-party apps and services operate under their own terms.

Free use and Premium

Scanning and QR creation are available without buying Premium. The free app includes ads. Premium removes ads and belongs to the Google Play account that purchases it, not to a separate app account.

Monthly Premium renews automatically each month at the price shown in the app and Google Play until canceled. Lifetime Premium is a one-time unlock for this app, not a recurring charge or a purchase of other applications. Review the current price and benefits before confirming a purchase. Pending purchases do not activate Premium.

Use Restore purchase in About with the purchasing account on another device. Google Play availability and a compatible installation are required; a sideloaded APK does not guarantee purchase availability.

Manage purchases and get help

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling does not stop renewal. For refunds or a product that does not work as described, see the refund policy or contact support. Nothing here excludes remedies required by applicable law.

Source, third-party material and availability

Use of official binaries and original source material is governed by the source-visible license. Public source visibility is not an open-source license. Third-party libraries and marks keep their own licenses, described in the third-party notices.

Compatibility, QR recognition and external services can vary. No particular QR destination, output accuracy or uninterrupted third-party service is guaranteed. License warranty limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not remove mandatory rights for paid digital products.

Privacy and optional support

Read the privacy policy and cookie policy for data handling. This website has no account, checkout or contact form. An optional coffee contribution is separate from Premium and provides no feature or ad-removal benefit.
