Refund policy

This policy covers Premium purchases for QR Code Scanner & Creator. Downloading the official APK itself is free.

Request a refund

Use Google Play's refund request process with the purchasing account. You can also email majkeylab@gmail.com for purchase problems or a refund request.

Include the app name, purchase date and reason. If needed to identify the purchase, send the Google Play order number privately. Never send passwords, API keys, card details or private document content. Do not put order details in public GitHub issues.

Eligibility depends on the purchase, location and applicable rights. See Google Play's refund policies and the EEA and UK rules for apps and subscriptions. Refund requests are assessed against those circumstances and rights.

Cancellation is separate

To stop future monthly renewals, use Google Play subscription management. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Canceling renewal does not automatically request a refund. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Consumer rights

Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital products remain available. Under Czech consumer rules, distance contracts generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions. Immediate digital delivery can affect that right only under the applicable legal conditions. We do not treat installation alone as a waiver. Send withdrawal notices to the contracting party

For EEA purchases using Google Play Billing, the purchase contract is with Google Commerce Limited. Use the withdrawal instructions and contact methods in section 3 of Google Play's EEA terms, or Google's refund process linked above. A support email to the app maintainer alone does not notify Google of withdrawal or cancel renewal. For other regions or payment services, check the contracting party on your purchase terms and receipt.

Optional coffee contributions

Buy Me a Coffee contributions are separate from Google Play purchases. They do not remove ads, unlock Premium or buy a feature. For a contribution refund, contact support or use the payment service shown on the receipt. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
