Charges you do not recognise
If you believe you were charged for SeliaSheets, check the product and merchant on your receipt. Contact majkeylab@gmail.com with the product name, purchase date, and relevant receipt reference. Do not send a password, full card number, or unrelated financial information.
Google Play transactions
For a transaction billed by Google Play, follow Google Play's refund instructions. Eligibility and the request route depend on the transaction, timing, and applicable law. This page does not promise a refund or replace Google's process.
Optional support contributions
The Buy Me a Coffee link opens a separate service. Contributions do not unlock content, app features, or priority support. Questions about a contribution should be sent to the recipient or the payment platform identified on the receipt. Requests are handled under that platform's rules and applicable law, not as an in-app purchase.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not exclude statutory refund, withdrawal, chargeback, or other consumer rights that apply to a transaction. It does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
