These legal pages

These static pages do not set application cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage, analytics, advertising scripts, embedded media, third-party fonts or tracking pixels. The logo and stylesheet are served from the same GitHub Pages site. No cookie-consent preference is stored because there is no optional tracking to enable.

GitHub Pages and its delivery infrastructure receive ordinary web requests, including IP addresses. Browser caching of the page, image and stylesheet is different from tracking cookies. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. The absence of cookies does not mean that no connection data is processed.

The Android app

The point-picker WebView disables cookies and DOM storage. The native radar uses a bounded map and image cache. Saved places, widget settings and forecasts use Android's private preferences and files to provide the functions you choose. They are not advertising identifiers. The privacy policy explains their retention and removal.

External sites

Following a link opens another service, which may use its own cookies, accounts or payments. Its privacy controls apply there. Nothing is embedded from those sites in these legal pages.

If tracking is introduced later

Non-essential tracking must be assessed and, where required, remain off until a valid choice is made. Rejecting it must be as straightforward as accepting it, and the choice must be revocable. The Czech Data Protection Authority's cookie guidance explains the distinction between necessary and optional storage. These pages currently have no consent banner because they offer no such optional tracking.
