About

Alternative metalcore from Uherské Hradiště. Down-tuned groove riffs, heavy breakdowns and choruses that stick.

WeTheGods started in 2024 as a studio project of two musicians from the Czech metal and hardcore scene and quickly grew into a full band. Since their live debut in October 2024 they have played across the country with Skywalker, Marked As An Enemy and Abbie Falls, toured Czech clubs with Switzerland’s Lasskahl and played the Conference Stage at Rock for People 2025.

The name is an allegory: a species that crowned itself ruler of the planet, chasing material happiness straight into the ruin of its land and its own kind. The debut EP ONE, produced by Damián Kučera of Skywalker, came out in May 2026.
