This policy covers the SeliaLists Android app and this SeliaLists website. SeliaLists is maintained by Majkey25. Contact majkeylab@gmail.com with privacy questions. Do not email private PDFs, credentials, or other sensitive documents.
Information SeliaLists handles locally
SeliaLists handles PDFs you import, score titles, labels, bookmarks, setlists, reading positions, annotations, language and reader settings, and backup archives you choose. The app uses this information only to organize, display, annotate, export, back up, restore, and share your scores.
App-private library
Imported PDFs, annotations, the library catalog, and settings are stored in SeliaLists' app-private storage. They remain until you delete them in SeliaLists, replace the library by restoring a SeliaLists backup, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Deleting a PDF removes its private copy and annotations from SeliaLists and removes its references from setlists.
Exports and backups
When you export an annotated PDF or save a backup, Android asks you to choose the destination. The resulting file remains there until you delete it through Android Files or the destination provider. Sharing a backup creates one temporary copy in SeliaLists' private cache and sends it only to the app or service you choose through Android's share sheet. Android may clear cached files; uninstalling SeliaLists removes its private cache.
Restore and ScorePDF import
SeliaLists reads a backup only after you select it through Android's document picker. A native SeliaLists restore can replace the local private library. A ScorePDF backup import adds compatible PDFs and setlists without deleting the existing SeliaLists library. Backup data is processed on-device and is not uploaded by SeliaLists.
System pickers, sharing, and external apps
Android's document picker gives SeliaLists access only to files you select. If you export, share, or open an external link, the selected storage provider, recipient app, browser, Google Play, GitHub, SeliaScan, or Buy Me a Coffee processes that action under its own privacy terms. Review the destination before sharing private material.
The optional Buy Me a Coffee link provides no feature, entitlement, badge, support priority, digital content, or other in-app benefit. SeliaLists does not receive payment-card or billing details from Buy Me a Coffee.
Information SeliaLists does not request
SeliaLists does not request camera, contacts, location, accounts, notifications, advertising ID, broad storage, or app-owned Internet access. It does not collect or share personal information, usage analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, or document content with the maintainer.
Support and GitHub
If you email support or create a GitHub issue, the information you choose to submit is used to respond, investigate a report, and maintain SeliaLists. GitHub issues may be public. Support correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed for support, security, or record-keeping, then deleted when no longer needed. You may request deletion of support correspondence at the email address above, subject to legal or security retention needs.
This website
The SeliaLists site adds no analytics, JavaScript, forms, advertising, tracking pixels, remote fonts, or cookies. GitHub Pages hosts the site. GitHub may process visitor information, including IP addresses, for service operation and security under the GitHub General Privacy Statement. SeliaLists does not expose those hosting logs to the maintainer.
Children
SeliaLists is intended for musicians aged 18 and over and is not designed for children. It has no account, social, communication, or public-content features.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated before SeliaLists materially changes its data handling. The date above identifies the current version. Send privacy questions or deletion requests about information sent directly to the maintainer to majkeylab@gmail.com.
