Problem
Two bands needed sites their members can update themselves, with no server to look after.
Approach
Static Astro sites on GitHub Pages. Concerts, releases and line-ups live in YAML, edited through Pages CMS and validated at build time, so a broken edit never goes live. Each concert gets its own page and calendar file.
Result
Every pull request runs a format check, type check, build and Lighthouse CI, and a nightly rebuild moves past shows to the archive.
